Who we are
An agency serving sport
AMOCAD is the public institute responsible for applying the World Anti-Doping Code in Mozambique. Created in 2014, it plans and carries out controls, manages results and disciplinary processes, supports Therapeutic Use Authorisations and promotes education and prevention.
We work in coordination with the Ministry of Sport and Culture, the Mozambican Olympic Committee and national sports federations, consolidating sample collection processes, results management and preventive education.
